Overview
It is a drying system that sends dehumidified air with a stable low dew point to the material.

Normally, all drying systems perform by 3 stages, regenerating → heating → cooling to create dehumidified air, but the closed loop method does not use the outside air for cooling in the adsorption process, so there is no re-adsorption of moisture and the power of the adsorbent is applied. Normal dehumidified air drying is an energy inefficient system because the drying air is heated by the drying hopper and cooled by the hopper, but the Motan dryer exchanges heat between this heating and cooling, so energy is used. It is highly efficient and saves electricity costs.
Features 3) Central system that improves productivity by saving space and labor
● Excellent drying capacity: A system can be installed by combining multiple drying hoppers according to the capacity of one dryer, and it can be dried at different temperatures. In addition, by linking with METROLINK, different types of dried materials can be supplied to multiple molding machines at the same time.

  • The necessary materials can be supplied at the required time.
  • By distributing multiple materials to each drying hopper, drying and stocking, and supplying only the necessary materials to each molding machine, it is possible to eliminate waste of drying time until the materials can be changed and dried.
  • The temperature of each material can be controlled, and heating and yellowing can be prevented.

As an option, an appropriate temperature control “ATN system” is available for the central system, depending on the amount of usage for each material.
